I have both a personal and a business account with this bank, and I couldn’t be happier. The service is always professional, friendly, and efficient. Opening and managing accounts was simple, and anytime I have questions, they are quick to respond and helpful. It’s been a great experience for both my everyday personal banking and my business needs. Highly recommend!

My client used Pinnacle bank for a commercial real estate purchase. This was literally the worst experience I have ever had working with a bank/lender. I repeatedly had to remind them about ordering an appraisal and sending docs to the attorney. The banker we were working with went on 3 vacations while "attempting" to keep our loan on track. The communication was terrible at best. He wouldn't respond to email, text, phone from me, my client and closing attorney. We ended up closing over a month late.

I have finally found a bank that understands customer service. The staff at Pinnacle in Monroe have been so helpful in my transition from my former bank. They go above and beyond to help in all areas of my business and personal accounts and have made my life much easier. I highly recommend the switch to Pinnacle.
