We have business and personal accounts at Pinnacle. We opened them thru the downtown Charlotte main office. Jason LaPointe and Heather Bruce are prompt in their response and genuinely care about our accounts. We are also very pleased with the professional and pleasant staff at the Monroe office. Dana and Jesslyn have been so nice and helpful. Both locations have an atmosphere of working together to take care of their customer. This is very important to us.

I have both a personal and a business account with this bank, and I couldn’t be happier. The service is always professional, friendly, and efficient. Opening and managing accounts was simple, and anytime I have questions, they are quick to respond and helpful. It’s been a great experience for both my everyday personal banking and my business needs. Highly recommend!

My client used Pinnacle bank for a commercial real estate purchase. This was literally the worst experience I have ever had working with a bank/lender. I repeatedly had to remind them about ordering an appraisal and sending docs to the attorney. The banker we were working with went on 3 vacations while "attempting" to keep our loan on track. The communication was terrible at best. He wouldn't respond to email, text, phone from me, my client and closing attorney. We ended up closing over a month late.
