I've been using this bank for 18yrs. and I wouldn't think about leaving Pinnacle Financial Partner. They're the greatest and yes I gave them 5 Stars. I love their mobile banking and I have direct deposit from my job. If there was any discrepancies in my account they would contact me immediately and work with me until it's straightened out.
They are very friendly and accommodating to customer needs.
Used to be good. But now they don't even answer the phone.
