I went today to get a cashiers check for my passport, and Helga was the absolute best! So sweet, seemed genuinely interested in why I was there and helping me, and was happy to redo the cashiers check when my name was spelled wrong in the memo line. Very welcoming and friendly, and made it a good experience!
Poor customer service
My husband had been to this particular location twice and Anne has been the one that helped him. She has been very rude each time and came off very Raciest!
