Don't get me wrong I love my bank okay Peter Hernandez is a cool guy and some of the new tellers they don't keep the same ones as often as I used to none of the people that I know there are there but most of the time they're pretty sweet whatever Branch you go to North Main is where Peter is Westchester is not bad they got a guy up there that's nice does South Main Branch isn't bad either they're not necessarily my favorite but I go there whenever I'm coming from work it's more convenient
I just spoke to Gloria at the call center in the triad area. I don’t know where Pinnacle found her but she is an absolute Treasure. So helpful and just a pleasure to talk to. Gloria gets a raise. I said what I said. It’s done.
