This is sad to see this team move as the community loved the service
Pinnacle financial has completely botched their response to the PPP plan. Aren’t even excepting applications. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time and all of my business accounts are with Pinnacle. I regret that. A bigger bank would be giving me better customer service regarding the PPP plan. Also, I ordered checks over a month ago from a customer service representative and she never placed the order. No fooling she sounded like she was stoned. So now I’m completely out of checks too. I worked with Jeremy to set up my business bank account and he made it extremely easy to understand and stress free. Customer service was excellent and staff was friendly. Would highly recommend opening an account here
