**If you are looking for a home loan, DO NOT USE PINNACLE!** My experience with Pinnacle was absolutely **horrible** and unnecessarily stressful from beginning to end. I applied for a home loan and repeatedly provided every document they requested. Despite this, they continued asking for additional documentation, including documents I had already provided. I love this branch, my wife and I have been coming here for years. They handle our business banking and personal banking. The whole staff is ALWAYS so nice and helpful. The even give our sweet puppy a dog treat.
