When working on king Street from 2015-2018 I would have to cash my checks to the King Street branch. So I've opened my account @ the savanah hwy branch, So after I worked on transferring my job location they were most helpful on me relocating. I was shocked that they have a metal detector at the door, hopefully maybe they can see fraud, waste; and abuse trying to follow me around. Pinnacle Financial Partners on Savannah Highway in West Ashley is a great place to bank as the location is really convenient and easy to access when you are on this side of town. This Pinnacle branch has a very knowledgeable staff that are accommodating and helpful when you need something done whether it is a big deal or small ask. It has been very easy to bank here and I have consistently had a positive experience here.
