I stopped by Pinnacle to update some information and a wonderful representative named Amy helped me get everything completed. She was helpful, patient, and efficient. I have had great experiences with everyone at Pinnacle. In my experience, their customer service is awesome whether it’s in-person or over the phone. Amy is another glowing example!
