This bank is phenomenal, as are all the pinnacles. Ruth, Cheryl, Maria, and Danny are the best and are always helping me.
Customer service lacking
Friendly workers at this branch, always been helpful & happy. The tech-related concerns mentioned in older reviews have been addressed - the app, i know for sure, works very well. Much easier than with the other banks I deal with.. Been with Pinnacle about 5 years now & they've improved a ton in that time.
Some beautiful souls work here.
