I had 3 loans with High Point bank since Pinnacle bought them out we have had nothing but problems. They have messed up 2 of my loans everytime I call I get a different balance and even they are confused. I haven’t heard from my loan officer in 3 years I don’t even know who my loan officer is . I never get emails or anything in mail I had to contact them to let them know my renewal date had passed. I disputed the amount after I was forced to pay off the loan.
