Such a great experience. Shabar and the team made it so easy to open my new account for my LLC. In addition to the seamless process, I very much appreciate the ease when using online banking. The "messages" feature where you can reach out to customer service and ask for help, actually works and in a timely manner! I always receive a response within 24 hours that actually provides a solution.
I've dealt with Pinnacle for years but the customer service is HORRIBLE and has changed over the years. Definitely not what it use to be. With my experiences, I would not recommend anyone to the branch..

This bank is a hidden gem. A diamond in the rough! I used to bank at the SunTrust across the street on St James Ave. But they tore it down and I was forced to merge into Truist Bank. What a joke. Long teller lines, bank tellers rude customer service rude. I closed all my accounts and thought I would try Pinacle. What a pleasant surprise! They treat me like family!
