Natalie really goes out of her way to welcome clients. She recognized me by my voice ( we only talked once ) and the final steps of my car purchase seamlessly effortless. She emphasized that their employees are all cross trained to do any task their clients need them to do. Please check out pinnacle.
Amazing experience. I called to ask about getting something notarized. The teller was outstanding. Told me she would wait until I arrived even if after 5pm, was very pleasant and eager to help....and the best...this all was before she even knew if I was a customer. Just as amazing when I got there, and I even heard the other tellers that sounded so pleasant and professional. You just don't find this customer service anymore. A+ Pinnacle Ballantyne!
Chinese ATM does not work too well. Stay away
