After having several negative experiences with a large national bank we decided to pull all of our business and personal accounts and start banking at Pinnacle based on the recommendation of a friend. That was several years ago and was a great decision. Our experience as a whole at Pinnacle has been night and day from what we were use to. No high pressure sales, excessive fees or lackluster customer care. Pinnacle is a 5-star experience.

Exceptional customer service! I have remained with this bank through a couple of mergers and it has been entirely worth it. They treat you like you are their most important customer every time. Any financial issues myself or my daughter experienced were handled quickly with an effective resolution. They also have many financial products available. Melanie and the rest of the branch team are the best!
