My husband and i recently visited this bank so he could open a business account. The ladies at the front were really nice they asked us to wait for a lady whos desk is right there on the floor when you walk in she would help us on opening an account. As we waited the lady who was suppose to assist us just had a full blown conversation with someone who did not need assistance and we were completly ignored and never acknowledged.
