The gentleman at the teller position has a terrible attitude never greets mean look to him for someone that is front of house I’d suggest a attitude adjustment Otherwise location is a wonderful location
They have amazing customer service all throughout. They've helped with my home loan, heloc and open a money market account. I would recommend this bank to anyone.
I have worked with Kuki Ahluwalia, one of the managers at the Southpark office, for several years. She has gone out out of her way on many occasions to help me take care of my banking needs. I greatly appreciate the individual attention she has given me.
Wonderful Bank! I drive down from Hickory NC to bank with them because of the superior customer service. Brian, the manager is fantastic as are all the account reps and tellers I have worked with. I wish more banks would take a lesson from Pinnacle on customer service!
I have been working with them for few months and find a complete lack of consistency between associates. I wish they had better customer service
