I have been banking with Pinnacle Bank since 2016. I went to the ATM to withdraw money. It stated processing my transaction but then it was denied. With an error message ATM is out of service. There was not a sign stating out of service. But it still deducted the amount from my checking account. I called customer service and she stated someone will call me back. Which no one ever did. Joydeep has been a pleasure to work with while considering a bank transition for my local company. Extremely professional and knowledgeable.
The Indian lady is rude and inconsiderate. I witnessed her greet clients who were white with the utmost courtesy. I am African American male & did not receive the same courtesy. i.e Please have a seat vs Take a seat. I watched others being greeted as they entered the bank and not one black customer was welcomed into the bank.
