The best bank I have ever done business with! All the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I have only been a client for a short time but they all know my name and greet me as soon as I walk in.
Pinnacle bank cashed a check without my endorsement; I went to notify them that this was fraud. They said I couldn’t do anything about it as I was not on the account that it was deposited into!!!!
Quite possibly the rudest employee I have ever encountered at a bank! I tried to open an account for a non profit and the employee raised her voice, was irritated by ANY question and literally rolled her eyes. There are plenty of other great banks in town with employees that actually enjoy helping businesses in the community. I ended up at Triumph and they were amazing!
