My overall experience with Pinnacle Financial Partners was excellent. The staff there were very polite and friendly. The manager Mr. Jenkins was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the different services the bank offers . I explained to him the problems I had with other banking institutions in the past. He opened me a checking account and even got me approved for a credit card. I was amazed at how proficient the manager was and how quickly the process took to execute. I am not a current client of Pinnacle, but I can attest to the service provided by Jerry Jenkins at this location. As I was inquiring about products and services available at Pinnacle, Jerry was very responsive, professional, answered by questions in detail and didn't make me feel pressured to make any hasty decisions. He made me feel comfortable and welcomed.

I called in to inquire about a fraudulent check that was made out to me, apparently it was for a Financial institution that was purchased by Pinnacle. Emma answered all my questions and was very helpful for a situation that she had no control over and she was very pleasant to deal with, excellent customer service. Emma could have just told me sorry and hung up but she helped. Sal.C
