Comfortable yet professional space and staff. I came with some outside-the-box questions and needs, but Angela had ready answers and made everything easy. Gives me confidence working with this branch.
I became a customer when I went in one day to cash a check. I was so shocked and surprised how friendly and down to earth everyone was, I went back a few days later and opened up my account with them. Everyone in this bank is friendly and very helpful and you are always greeted with a smile. I only wish I had joined with pinnacle bank sooner.
The ladies at the drive up window are the best! Always friendly and willing to help with all banking needs.
