This is a wonderful bank with which to do business. Not only are the employees friendly and gracious, everyone is extremely knowledgeable. I am amazed at the variety of services the tellers can perform without sending you off to someone else. When employees do not have an answer, they arrange to connect you with someone in the bank who does. Poor customer service
We were happy with this back till yesterday. We deposited a check from Geico our insurance company. We asked the male teller if we would have access to the funds since we were on our way to purchase a vehicle. He said we should not have any issue using our debit card; otherwise we might have to authorize the purchase with the bank so it would go through.. considering it was a large amount.. The absolute worst bank. In 2020 unless your utilizing financing from this bank it has become entirely obsolete. With so many free checking accounts without overdraft fees, features like round up to save, and free atm withdrawals I do not really see the reason why you would bank with this bank. They will not reverse overdraft fees, they will charge you insufficient fund fees, and if you set up overdraft protection they will charge you an overdraft protection fee anyways.
