Started requiring authentication, which I appreciate - but they require you use this specific app that has a 2.4 rating on the app store (I didn't even know you could get that low without being automatically removed). I can't use my standard microsoft authenticator, like every other site, and so I have to hold space on my phone for this. Is it kickbacks? Who knows. It's definitely an odd choice.
How does a bank expect customers to live and conduct business when they restrict deposits, transfers, and payments?? Never in my life have I had a $500 restriction. Cannot even send money to my kids! Ready to change banks- this is archaic!
