Never in my life have I not been able to get an accurate account balance no matter what time of day or night it is. The app is absolutely worthless half my transactions don't show up until a week late and doesn't display accurate balance most of the time. Customer service is no help at all. Definitely moving my money elsewhere.
Started requiring authentication, which I appreciate - but they require you use this specific app that has a 2.4 rating on the app store (I didn't even know you could get that low without being automatically removed). I can't use my standard microsoft authenticator, like every other site, and so I have to hold space on my phone for this. Is it kickbacks? Who knows. It's definitely an odd choice. Edit: I'm not unhappy with the app itself. It does work fine.

How does a bank expect customers to live and conduct business when they restrict deposits, transfers, and payments?? Never in my life have I had a $500 restriction. Cannot even send money to my kids! Ready to change banks- this is archaic!
