If you are a business owner, do NOT open a checking account with Pinnacle. I opened a business account 4 years ago in 2017. Never had an issue. In January 2021 I deposited some cash into the account. They happily took the money and put it into my account. Teller asked me if I banked somewhere else and why I was depositing money. I told her yes, my main account was with another bank.
