Working with Kathy Proud has been wonderful. She is always patient with my questions, finding solutions to my problems and willing to explain everything until I fully grasp it. I never feel rushed or that any question is too small.

I have been using Pinnacle ENT for over 10 years. The Willow Grove office is easy to get to with plenty of parking. The appointment is taken care from the call to the desk to seeing Cathy with no trouble and on time. She cleans and checks my hearing aids and make sure I am comfortable with them. I would recommend them to anyone looking to hear better.
I bring my mother to pinnacle ENT for audiology checks and hearing aid maintenance. She is always treated with the upmost respect and professionalism by the audiologist Kathy Proud. Front desk assistance by Caroline is amazing as well. Five stars for sure
