It is now almost Christmas, and I just found out that the person who was working on my loan doesn't work with PCM anymore. Unfortunately PCM never contacted me to let me know. Chad made me feel like my business wasn't good enough for him. He made sure to let me know he had more work than he could handle and didn't care to give me the customer service any customer deserves. Unless your loaded and can offer him a big deal dont bother with this guy you'll be walking away feeling unworthy.
I set up a meeting with Ben Goddard, to explore possibilities in refinancing my house. My situation is unusual, but Ben was able to let me know what my best options were, even the ones that didn't involve Pinnacle Mortgage. He came to my house, was friendly and respectful, and had great communication skills throughout the whole process. As it turns out, the option that was best for my situation didn't involve his company, but I'm grateful that he let me know about it.
