This review reflects current management. I moved in in November 2016. The apartment was dirty, the drawers and cabinetry were falling apart in the kitchen, the coils on the stove didn't work (I replaced them myself) and the hot water heater was blocked so that it flooded and didn't work property. My children's rooms were 58 degrees at night with space heaters full blast. Do not live here!!! So overpriced, and there long waits to get anything fixed. We had a leak for weeks and kept getting the run around from management. It is so overpriced and rent will also be way more then you are estimated from the office. I am soooooo glad to finally be out!!! Do yourself a favor and find a better place!
