I was a hard sell on Pinnacle - after years of dealing with unqualified employees (at other banks) who conduct themselves like hourly employees who dont care about you or your business, i was a fan of ATMs and no talking. Now i can not say enough good things about banking with Pinnacle. Cheryl Rolland is the most personable, conscientious and service-oriented bank executive I have ever met. As a Pinnacle Bank customer, I am always greeted personally as a close friend. Also, check out their new branch in Foothills Village. It's like going on vacation! And if you go after closing time, try out their ITM - an interactive teller machine that offers a LIVE TELLER! Go visit them and see for yourselves.
Zachary at the Sheldon Street location is amazing!! I called because I had check handwritten to me from a client using Pinnacle Bank. And the person who wrote the check told me the bank was all the way out in Frontier Village and I was west of the town square and it was 3:50pm… bank closes at 4:00pm!! I have never had so many nice things to say about a bank and the staff! We have a construction loan through Pinnacle Bank and they have been outstanding! Customer service is the best we have ever experienced.
