I have never had so many nice things to say about a bank and the staff! We have a construction loan through Pinnacle Bank and they have been outstanding! Customer service is the best we have ever experienced. From the moment I walk into the bank, I'm greeted and then working with Kelley with our loan has been so easy and just outstanding customer service. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced in a bank. The staff is so helpful. I have taken my newly adult children to set up accounts there and they have even remarked how much they enjoy going to the bank because the people are so great!
