Love having a branch near me.
Extremely poor customer service.
I had been thinking of getting a bank account here, however I drove through to get change for a 20 and they said they only do that if you are a customer. As someone who worked in the bank industry for 6 years, a bank that doesn't exchange change is ridiculous. I will not be getting a account with pinnacle now.
I've been using my Pinnacle Bank account for over 3 years now. I enjoy how easy the app is to use. The staff have always been friendly and patient!
