They advertise a free checking account with no account minimum, but when my checking account went to a balance of zero, they closed the account without notifying me. And they won’t open it back up without an entire new application process and going in person.
Never had a problem with them until I had to dispute a charge and then they couldn’t do anything about.
Great local bank.
I can never get the right change back when I go in to get cash for a business. The money is never facing the same direction. It’s upside down or backwards. (Maybe that’s just me, but I’ve never seen a bank have such messed up money) The other day they forgot to give me the $40 in dimes and left $3 in the counting machine. So I had to go back!
