I honestly don’t know why people get customer based jobs to be rude and unhelpful. This is the first time I’ve came into this branch, and Maria was so unhelpful and so rude to me. I don’t know what the difference was between me and the woman she was helping before me (just race), but when it came to being my turn, she could not care less about what I needed. She even left during the middle of assisting me to take her break. Honestly, considering closing my account and going somewhere else.
Chrystal (Branch Manager) with this branch continues to go above and beyond to help out. I am definitely thankful to have someone that gives such great support. This is something I have not experienced ever with some of the bigger banks so it is much appreciated. She does a great job as the customer facing representative! Thank you Chrystal!
Pinnacle bank has always treated me with the most respect But the reason is is because Garrett is such a wonderful person never upset always in a good mood always puts a smile on my face every time I have to talk to him because I mess something up
THIS BANK IS AWFUL NO REAL BENEFITS AND THEY TREAT YOU LIKE TRASH
