I had an extremely unprofessional and concerning experience with the president of this branch on 7/18/2025. Justin Kozisek drove to my home with another unknown male individual and discussed personal banking matters in front of my family and friends, which was a serious breach of privacy. His approach was aggressive and inappropriate — he used intimidation tactics by confronting me in my driveway and demanding that I go to the bank to discuss my account.
