Staff at Pinnacle Bank has been responsive and helpful with a recent unauthorized charge on my visa card by a convenience store in Oklahoma. Bank staff have reached out to us numerous times to help and direct the recovery of our lost funds. It is almost unbelievable the bank and Visa need to step in and correct this fraudulent charge. The convenience store is not willing to remove the unauthorized charge. I am hopeful this issue will be resolved, and thankful for the assistance from Pinnacle Bank/Visa in this matter. Service is lacking. They will shut your bank card down in a hot second when it is an authorized purchase and cause customers grief and hardships.. When you do actually need assistance for fraud and a chargeback, be prepared for heavy sighs and long faces. THEY ARE WORRIED about Visa losing money!!! I guess they forgot I am the customer and actually... "I was the one who lost the money".
