If there was option for negative stars I would've chose that. The bank in oneill nebraska is a great example of why people can't get ahead. As any other bank would at the least try to help one succeed by informing them of options they have available to insure successful banking. I've worked hard to keep my credit going up yet in just 40 days banking at pinnicle its dropped over 200 points because of a miscommunication with credit card company auto pay.
