Usually when I go to Pinnacle in Bowman the people are always so nice. However, today was the first time I felt unwelcomed. I had to visit the personal banker there and she was very rude and made me feel as if I was stupid. She didn't greet me politely nor even treat me kindly. I was very disappointed with her service.
