Everything was clean, efficient, and professionally managed from the moment I arrived. The staff were respectful and helpful, and the entire process was handled smoothly without delays or confusion. Overall, a very reliable and pleasant experience.
We LOVE Pinnacle Bank. It took over our old bank (First State) which we also loved and thankfully retained most, if not all of the employees that we had come to know and trust. If there are ANY issues (and they are very few), they are handled quickly and competently. Loan officers are kind and helpful as are ALL the other employees. Thank you for such excellent service, and a genuine care for your members.
