Absolute worst bank I've ever had one problem after another.
This is the first bank I've been to that treats you like a person, and not a number. Setting up an account was quick and easy. Their staff and management care and it shows in their service and attention to detail.
Very professional, very polite, and makes it simple
Pinnacle Bank is exceptional. A family owned system who really cares about its local communities. I opened accounts here today and was blown away by the personal service and kindness. Crystal took care of me and carefully guided me through all of my options. I felt like I was one of the family. She then had the President come in for an introduction. This bank is a breath of fresh air - I can see why the bank’s name is seen throughout the community of Newcastle. Thanks for a great experience!
They have a drive thru ATM as that’s all I needed.
