Banked here 15 years, purchased and pd off my home here…Christmas Eve Beatrice Pinn Bank terminated my account because I’d been hacked twice in 15 years. Noticed tellers seemed edgy and short; not the former friendly atmosphere. Another local bank a friend manages was glad to get my business…couldn’t believe this happened.
Having just moved to Beatrice I've heard so much about the professionalism and the care the staff at Pinnacle have for the people who walk through the door. It needs to be said that expectations were met, then far exceeded that by their employee Hillary Faulder.
