I came in to set up a new checking account and Jess Pelchat had me in and out of there in no time at all. What I love about this bank is when you call the number you get a person that answers right away without having to navigate an automated phone system. Everyone in there is so kind and polite to deal with as well!

I would give 0 stars if that were possible! Rude and unprofessional staff at their 1 and only location in Grand Island unfortunately. They refuse to let you speak to a manager when you call them out on something. If you do get to speak to a manager it is one from a department that has nothing to do with what you are wanting to accomplish and they would rather refuse to let you open a new account then apologize when they are wrong.
