Pinnacle Bank is a fabulous bank and I have always had excellent service from this branch on 6th St. The staff is wonderful, always friendly and they go the extra mile to be helpful. Pinnacle has been our bank for our personal and business accounts for more than eight years and I have zero regrets!

Completely unprofessional; would change rating to 0 stars if possible. 23rd street branch called to let them know we were coming, 6th street branch wouldn't let us in to see a personal banker. Wish I had gotten names of the personnel that wouldn't acknowledge us so I could take this farther than complaining in a Google review.
