Never again I would never again deal with anyone with Pinnacle Bank nor their company. Nor will I even think of recommending them. Because of their shifty lenders I almost lost my business that I worked so hard to build. If you decide to deal with anyone from Pinnacle in any fashion, whether it's a business loan or just a basic checking account, HAVE AN ATTORNEY READ ALL FINE PRINT AND PAPERWORK!! They will say one thing then do another. I know it seems like a bit much, but not if you value your money.
Small-town friendly big-business bank. The staff has always been amazing. The majority of the tellers know me by name, and if time allows, catch up with the details of my schooling and life.
Best banking experience of my life The staff are always courteous and friendly at Pinnacle Bank which is a delight when you aren't a big finance person. I have been treated like I wasn't worth the time of day at many other banks because I wasn't a big depositor and my business wasn't important enough. They try so hard to make banking a pleasurable experience no matter who you are.
