We have had nothing but issues with Pinnacle for nearly eleven years. From incompetency and rude employees, to missed fraudulent charges whilst shutting our cards down over "suspected" fraudulent charges that were actually us. I've had my card stolen on the dark web, in Mississippi, etc. but they never caught those fraud charges. You can't contact a fraud department or anyone after hours or weekends if there are issues, but they'll shut your card down during those times and won't contact you about it.
