The way management spoke to me was completely unprofessional. I was involved in a scamming situation the manager was raising his voice at me and his energy was frantic and scattered. While I understand it was a stressful situation, the face of the company should remain calm and in control. The way they speak to their customers is appalling and I will be switching to a bank that displays more professionalism.
