Mallory and the other women are great. The customer service is phenomenal.
Mallory gave terrible customer service today. I came in asking for something to be printed , left and saw it wasn't. Came back and explained it wasn't and she made excuses. This went around and around 4 times. She had an attitude about it , before she finally printed it.
