Great bank! Friendly people!
Commercial lane moving incredibly slow today. Waited in line for 15 min. Waited at the window for another 15 min. Running the deposit to the bank should never take this long. I have so much to get done at work and this was not in my plans. Other employees around but nobody stepping in to help a new employee working to get things sped up for the line in the drive thru.
ATM never works and it doesn’t warn you
Worst customer service I have ever gotten, anywhere! Majority of staff seems to not be particularly well trained. It takes me 10 minutes to make a simple commercial deposit, and I'm first in line. You couldn't pay me to bank at Pinnacle, but my employer uses your bank, and I have to make deposits. I would give you zero stars if I could. How DO you stay in business?
