I was so happy with Pennicale bank, always had that small town ambiance. I’d never had any issues with staff! Today I went thru drive thru since I had my dog with us. Had a check for 3500, wanted to put 1500 into our account and 2k cash, and renew my wife’s debit card which was expired. After waiting about 10 minutes finally some guy I’d never seen before came to the window, I told him what I wanted. Nothing special just an average bank, poor notifications and alert service. The bank dos not provide the standard security, member service or features one would expect with a standard checking account. Read the fine print and really understand the bank before you use it. Ask for documentation regularly. (Edited review added one star and a notice of public opinion).
