Lots of hidden fees. Overdrafts are determined by somebodies mood not by amounts. Pretty unfair communication. App is about 20 years out of date
The staff here are really good people, they always provide great speed of service and I appreciate their professionalism. I can always count of quality of service from the tellers and I'd recommend this bank as my go to best option.
I was so happy with Pennicale bank, always had that small town ambiance. I’d never had any issues with staff! Today I went thru drive thru since I had my dog with us. Had a check for 3500, wanted to put 1500 into our account and 2k cash, and renew my wife’s debit card which was expired. After waiting about 10 minutes finally some guy I’d never seen before came to the window, I told him what I wanted.
