I banked there for 20+ years and the service went downhill. I opened an IRA with them and the interest was horrible. Like 3$ a quarter and when i asked them about it they said i wouldn't get a better return anywhere else. ha! I can and did. They reported to the IRS as I had closed it out and not transferred it to a 401k and made a huge mess. They put my husbands direct deposit in like a debit instead of a credit and made another huge mess. The way they handle their mistakes is horrible.
