Very rude people over the phone, but nice people in person. Had a situation over a year ago and have not heard back since. Customer service has mean girl energy. Other branches a little more helpful. But nice. Thx.

I opened an account at this bank and received my card. I was told that my PIN would be mailed to me. I waited over a month and called back to the bank and explained that I never received my PIN so they told me they would mail it again. Again, never received. I have now had a bank account with them for over eight months and still no PIN so I have never been able to use the account.
