Very rude people over the phone, but nice people in person. Had a situation over a year ago and have not heard back since. Customer service has mean girl energy. Other branches a little more helpful. But nice. Thx.

I opened an account at this bank and received my card. I was told that my PIN would be mailed to me. I waited over a month and called back to the bank and explained that I never received my PIN so they told me they would mail it again. Again, never received. I have now had a bank account with them for over eight months and still no PIN so I have never been able to use the account. Great bank but getting online is proving to be difficult. I've been trying for 2weeks now. My husband got through just fine. However for me NOT!!!!
