I previously left a 1 star review. I am so sorry for this!! This bank has always been good to me and my family. Mr. Isaac W. called me and educated me as to why changes have had to be made. The bad people of the world have again ruined something so great for all the good people. I never thought about deposits of checks being fake or a scam. But unfortunately this is where we are. This is a great banking service. Christine the teller supervisor is a great help! Jodie a teller however is a little rude, I was given a 1 800 number to Get my online banking sorted out. And they gave me an emergency medical number instead and when I called to inform them I was cut off (by Jodie the teller) and then brushed off. She then gave me the correct number. But all in all I love the service
