I had banked here previously and closed my account years ago because of poor service and account management. I foolishly thought about opening one again and today went in to simply change out some twenty and fifty dollar bills for singles to give to my kids for a volleyball game. They go to school in Osceola and it's the only bank in town. I didn't wanna send large bills with small children and I planned on asking the teller about opening an account while doing the transaction. The customer service is fantastic! They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Hours have been extended on Thursday until 5:30 PM which helps people that work out of town. Thank you!
Inconvenient hours. Literally what bank closes at 3pm on a Friday?! Asked for the hours of other Pinnacles and the lady was unable to even provide me that information. We may be in middle of nowhere but there are no other Banks really in the area. I'd rather drive a half an hour to a bank that actually cares.
