We have been working with the Gretna branch for over 10 years and they are amazing! They are so kind and friendly and know us by name! Chris is amazing and is always so efficient. Highly recommend them for your business needs!
I called to do a wire transfer and the lady who helped me, Kathy or Kathleen was very rude and expected me to know how to do everything. she seemed very disinterested in helping me and made me feel stupid. terrible customer service and she lied to me as well. she said it went through and it definitely did not. I called another location and the lady who helped me there was 100x better
