This is the most unprofessional company I have ever witnessed in the Service of Process industry. I am truly shocked that they are still in business and allowed to serve legal documents. I strongly recommend you seek a responsible and educated process server rather than this company to protect the integrity of your legal proceedings.
As an attorney who uses proces servers regularly, I was very dissapointed with Pinnacle. I will not use Pinnacle again and do not recommend them.
